FAQ SECTION IN PROGRESS...

Q: HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO VISIT THE RUSH - REPUBLIC AQUATIC PARK WITHOUT A PARENT OR GUARDIAN?
A: Individuals ages 11 and younger MUST be under the direct supervision of a related adult (age 18 or over) while in the facility. Direct supervision is defined as being within eyesight of each other.

Q: DO I NEED PROOF THAT I AM A REPUBLIC RESIDENT TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT?
A: Yes. We are grateful for our Republic voters and will continue to provide a resident discount. Please bring your ID or proof of residency to receive this discount. 

Q: DOES EVERYONE NEED TO PAY ADMISSION?
A: Yes; however, children age 3 and younger are free! We also offer a non-swimmer rate; non-swimmers will be provided a wristband by our front desk staff.

Q: DO I NEED A STAMP TO RE-ENTER THE FACILITY?
A: Yes. Anyone who leaves the facility that plans to return will need a stamp from the front desk staff. If you are unable to show your stamp, re-entry will not be allowed.

Q: WHAT DOES MY SEASON PASS INCLUDE?
A: Your season pass includes admission during regular open swim hours. The pass also includes entry to Splash Time and River Walk. The pass DOES NOT include The Huna surfing simulator ($5 daily fee) or entry into special events and programs. 

Q: CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGES? 
A: No outside food and/or beverages are allowed, with the exception of water.  Alcohol is strictly prohibited. 

Q: CAN I BRING FLOATIES FOR MY CHILD?
A: All floatation devices must be US Coast Guard approved. The Rush staff reserve the right to check your life jackets to maintain a safe swimming environment. Examples of prohibited floats include, but are not limited to, the following: arm floaties, monofins, boogie boards, swim noodles, tubes, and infant pool float rings. If you want to purchase a US Coast Guard approved life jacket, we recommend visiting puddlejumperusa.com.   

Q: ARE LIFEJACKETS PROVIDED?
A: No, lifejackets are not provided. 

Q: ARE TUBES PROVIDED FOR THE LAZY RIVER AND TUBE SLIDE?
A: Yes, we provide the tubes! Single tubes, double tubes, and tubes with a netted bottom are available. Only single tubes are allowed on the tube slide.

Q: HOW TALL DO I HAVE TO BE TO RIDE THE HUNA AND SLIDES?
A: You must be 42" tall to ride The Huna and 48" tall to ride the slides.

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN SEATING OR SHADE?
A: No. Outside furniture is not permitted inside The Rush-Republic Aquatic Park.

Q: CAN I BRING TOYS?
A: No. Yard toys or pool toys are not permitted inside The Rush-Republic Aquatic Park.

Q: WHAT CAN I BRING FOR MY PARTY PAVILION RENTAL?
A: Beverages (juice/water), dessert, and/or party decorations.  

Q: ARE THERE CHANGING ROOMS, SHOWERS, AND LOCKERS AVAILABLE?
A: Yes, we have changing rooms (restrooms) and showers inside the facility. Lockers are available at no cost, but locks are not provided.  

Q: DOES THE RUSH OFFER RAIN CHECKS?
A: Our priority  is to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. In the event of inclement weather during your visit to The Rush, guests who have been present for less than two (2) hours and do not want to wait during a weather delay should come to the front desk or find one of our Aquatic Supervisors to be provided a rain check. Rain checks can be used for entry on a later date. This policy applies to all weather delays. 

Q: DOES THE RUSH OFFER CASH REFUNDS?

A: Per the City of Republic's financial policy, we cannot offer cash refunds. We recommend paying with a card so any refund amount can be credited back to the card.  

Q: DO YOU OFFER SWIMMING LESSONS?

A: We do not offer group or private swimming lessons. We do offer Parent/Child lessons for those under the age of three. In this program, two instructors will help your child get comfortable in the water by singing songs and playing games. In addition, we are adding a Jr. Tigersharks Swim Team. This team will not compete but will learn to dive, do flip turns, and proper stroke technique. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards without a floatation device. 

Q: IS THERE A DRESS CODE AT THE RUSH?

A: The Rush - Republic Aquatic Park is a family-friendly environment prioritizing guest and team member safety. All guests should wear appropriate attire when enjoying pools, rides, and attractions.
